Contact and corrections
Send a correction, a screenshot or a tip about Village in the Shade. One address, no forms, and a plain note on what happens to your message.

Use it for:
- Corrections — a wrong price, a stale patch number, a prerequisite that changed. Include the page and, if you have it, the source.
- Tips — something the patch notes do not explain and you have verified in-game.
- Takedowns — if you hold rights to material used here and want it removed.
- Accessibility problems — contrast, zoom, keyboard navigation.
What gets a reply
Corrections with a source are handled first. Everything else gets read; not everything gets an answer, because this is a one-person site and the game keeps patching.
What this address cannot do
It is not publisher support. It cannot:
- recover a save file,
- refund a purchase,
- fix a crash,
- forward a bug report to Nippon Ichi.
For crashes and purchase problems, use Steam support or the publisher's own contact channel. The known issues page covers the bugs that patches already fixed, which is often faster than waiting for a reply.
Before you write
Check two things, because they answer most messages:
- Is your build Patch 1.30? Most reported bugs were fixed before it.
- Is it a thunderstorm day or a story-locked section? Patch 1.30 notes that events skip both.

What to send, and what happens
| Message type | Include this | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Correction | The page URL and the figure that is wrong | Checked against the Steam listing or the patch note, then fixed |
| Tip | What you saw in-game and the patch number | Added if it can be reproduced or sourced |
| Takedown | The material and your relationship to it | Removed while it is discussed |
| Accessibility | Page URL, browser, what breaks | Fixed with the next build |
There is one address and one inbox. Messages are read in the order they arrive; the site covers 30 pages and is maintained by one person, so a same-day reply is not guaranteed.
